Chemical peels can be done at different depths (ranging from superficial to deep) to achieve specific results.

LIGHT PEELS: Light peels, which exfoliate only the outer layer of skin (epidermis), can help improve uneven pigmentation, fine lines, acne and dry skin. After a light peel, there may be some redness, irritation and dryness followed by scaling that ends in 3-7 days.
MEDIUM PEELS: Medium-deep peels can target acne scars, wrinkles and smooth uneven skin texture by removing damaged skin cells from both the epidermis, as well as the upper layers of the dermis. For medium-deep peels, there will be more intense redness (like sunburn) and possible swelling. The skin may darken and form crust that peels off over a period of 7-14 days revealing new, brighter looking skin.
DEEP PEELS: Deep peels can achieve the most dramatic, long lasting results, but involves significantly more downtime. After any peel, it is important to avoid any unnecessary sun exposure and always where sun protection.

perfect peel (prescriptive)
This peel is a premier advanced medical grade peel. This peel is available for use on any skin type. We typically treat melasma clients with this peel since an IPL/BBL is contraindicated. The perfect peel improves the clarity, tone and texture of skin, reduces hyper pigmentation, controls acne and the appearance of acne scarring, reduces pore size, softens fine lines and wrinkles and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin for more youthful looking skin.
Obagi Blue Radiance (prescriptive)
Using a blend of Salicylic acid, lactic, glycolic acids and others, a soothing solution is applied to the face. There is a feeling of heat for 1 minute, but not painful. Post treatment skin will feel tighter, mild redness and mild peeling. Then you’ll be on your journey to revealing fresh glowing skin.

SKIN PEN
Microneedling is the perfect and most advanced way to receive results based skincare with NO downtime and at a lower cost. Microneedling was developed to treat scar reduction most notably from acne. In addition, microneedling is known to reduce signs of aging such as fine lines and wrinkes. The needles create tiny punctures in the skin which initiates fibroblasts in turn producing collagen in response to the healing process. Microneedling jump starts your body’s natural collagen production process to create younger looking skin.

Within a few days of receiving Microneedling your skin will begin to look and appear brighter. For best results, a series of three treatments every 4 – 6 weeks is recommended. While you cannot lose the results gained from your initial series, unfortunately, our skin continues to age and maintenance treatments every three to six months will continue to show your initial results.
DERMAPLANING
Dermaplaning is a manual skin resurfacing treatment that takes exfoliation to a different level. This safe resurfacing treatment is recommended for those with sensitive, rough, uneven, or dry skin. Dermaplaning exfoliates the top layer of skin with a painless blade instrument to reveal soft even skin.

FIRE AND ICE
The Fire & Ice Facial is a customized procedure that involves the application of two distinct masques, one for exfoliation and intensive resurfacing, followed by another rejuvenating masque to hydrate. The results include glowing, brighter skin, renewed skin cell production, deeply cleansed pores, and a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The Fire & Ice Facial can also be used as a component of an acne treatment regimen.
The antioxidant-infused, lightly cinnamon-scented “fire” masque will tingle a bit as it works its intensive resurfacing process. This is followed by a soothing, or “ice,” masque that contains aloe vera gel and green tea, licorice, grape seed, and rosemary extracts. Treatments can be scheduled every few weeks, and with each treatment, incremental improvements can be attained.
