With over 40 years of experience as a nurse at Mayo Clinic, Mary Jo has dedicated 19 of those years to the field of Plastic Surgery. In 2016, she embarked on a new chapter in her career, fueled by her passion for the industry.
To further enhance her skills and knowledge, Mary Jo completed a nurse injector specialist course in 2016. Mary Jo's commitment to her craft is evident in her desire to continue expanding her expertise.

She attended Minnesota State College Southeast where she dedicated herself to obtaining her Esthetics and Advanced Practice certifications in 2021, as well as becoming a Certified Acne Specialist through the Face Reality program. Prior to her career in aesthetics, Ashley spent over a decade working in healthcare, specifically in the inpatient setting. During this time, she gained valuable experience caring for patients from different backgrounds and with diverse needs.
However, Ashley's love for aesthetics had always been present, and she decided to pursue her passion. She made a career change and hasn't looked back since. Currently residing in Winona with husband and two children, She enjoys spending time outdoors, immersing herself in activities such as hiking and practicing yoga. In the summer months, she also contributes to her husband's endeavors at Mississippi Thunder Speedway in Fountain City, Wisconsin.

When she's not busy ensuring that every aspect of your appointment runs smoothly, Beth can be found passionately working as a first-grade teacher in the Byron School District. Beth is also a proud mother to a daughter who happens to be a social media guru and influencer.
In her free time, Beth likes to play pickleball, hiking, hitting the biking trails, or even perfecting her swing on the golf course,
